Terms
PAYMENT
Payment for merchandise may be made using PayPal or a credit card. (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover).
SHIPPING
Suzanne & Zondi ship merchandise to PHYSICAL locations within the United States ONLY.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Packages will be shipped within 3-5 days of order, via UPS/FEDEX standard (5-10 business days), and costs will be calculated by size/weight.
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted for refund/exchange provided:
- you contact us via the Suzanne & Zondi website, within 10 days of delivery, with the reason for the return/exchange, and ship the merchandise to us within that same 10 day period. Shipping either and/or both ways will not be included in the refund; and
- you return the merchandise in unused condition, and in the packaging in which it was shipped to you.
BACK ORDERS
If the basket of your choice has already been sold, please contact us so we can let you know when the next shipment will be arriving. Please note that each basket is a one-of-a-kind creation, and therefore can neither be replicated, nor made to exact specifications. However, our artisans will do their best to match the beading colors desired.
MISCELLANEOUS
Suzanne & Zondi reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion and in this event any payment charged, will be refunded. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Suzanne & Zondi disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the merchandise, all of which is sold on an "as is" basis.
Merchandise may have minor imperfections as each basket is handmade, making it unique, and a work of art.
