All Suzanne & Zondi JAR SHAPED baskets are called UJEKE which means JUG in Zulu.
The UJEKE baskets measure approximately 10 -12 inches tall. They are unique shapes with the pattern being intricately handwoven using traditional techniques and locally harvested materials such as wild grasses and reeds. No dyes are used. This beautifully woven design is complimented by hundreds of white beads that embellish the circumference of the top of the basket.
